The Oaks Landing Clubhouse is open the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 8 pm
Friday – Sunday: 9 am – 7 pm
Note: You may rent later than these hours.
Clubhouse Rental Prices
Monday – Thursday $25 per hour
Friday – Sunday $35 per hour
HOLIDAYS $45 per hour
MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS FOR RENTALS. All rentals must include set up and clean up time.
There is a $150 deposit required on ALL Rentals.
CLUBHOUSE RENTALS DO NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE POOLS OR DOWNSTAIRS EQUIPMENT.
Non Profit Rental Prices
$15 for the first 2 hours
+$10 for each additional hour
MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS FOR RENTALS. Non Profits may only rent on weekdays, M-F.
There is a $25 deposit required for non profits.
NOTE: ONLY RESIDENTS may rent the Clubhouse, complete the rental contract and make payment. The resident must also be present during the rental. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the loss of rental privileges. Payment for rentals is due 2 weeks in advance. Call the Clubhouse for more information.
Holidays include: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
